These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.mortbridge.com (the "Site") and your communications with Mortbridge Solutions LLC ("Mortbridge," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. If you engage us for services, a separate written service agreement will govern that engagement; where it conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls.
2. Our services
Mortbridge Solutions provides medical billing and revenue cycle management, provider credentialing and payer enrollment support, state licensing application support, and healthcare IT and marketing services. We are not a law firm, insurance company, government agency, payer, or licensing board, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare, Medicaid, or any payer or board named on the Site.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Payer enrollment, contract terms, reimbursement, license approval, and processing times are decided solely by payers, government programs, and licensing boards. We do not guarantee approval, a specific timeline, a specific reimbursement amount, or a specific search ranking or advertising result. Any timelines we provide are good-faith estimates based on experience.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information and documents they provide, for clinical documentation and coding decisions supported by their records, for signing attestations themselves, and for maintaining their own licenses, malpractice coverage, and compliance with payer and professional rules.
5. Communications and SMS
By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. Text messages are sent only if you separately opt in; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. 6. HIPAA and Business Associate Agreements
Do not submit protected health information through the Site. When our services require access to protected health information, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement with you and handle that information under HIPAA requirements.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, sending spam or automated submissions, attempting to access systems without authorization, or interfering with the Site's operation.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design, and logos are owned by Mortbridge Solutions LLC or its licensors. Payer and software names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the plans and systems we work with.
9. Disclaimers
Content on the Site, including state-by-state information, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, or compliance advice, and rules change frequently. THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Mortbridge Solutions LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Liability for services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
12. General
