Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026 · Last updated: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mortbridge Solutions LLC ("Mortbridge," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://www.mortbridge.com (the "Site"), contact us by phone, email, or text message, or submit a form (together, the "Services").

1. Who we are

Mortbridge Solutions LLC provides medical billing, provider credentialing, state licensing support, and healthcare IT and marketing services to healthcare providers in the United States. Our headquarters is located at 1265 East Cougar Creek Drive, Meridian, ID 83646.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, practice or organization name, email address, and phone number.
  • Practice details: state, provider type, services you are interested in, and anything you choose to include in a message.
  • Consent records: whether you agreed to our Terms and Privacy Policy, whether you opted in to text messages, the consent language shown, and the date and time.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring website.
  • Approximate location: the U.S. state associated with your IP address, used only to show state-specific information on the Site (see Section 7).

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and provide the services you request.
  • To contact you by phone, email, or — if you opted in — text message about your inquiry, scheduling, and account or service updates.
  • To keep records of consent and honor opt-out requests.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing spam and fraudulent form submissions.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us run our business — for example website hosting, email, telephone and SMS delivery, and IP-based location lookup — and who may use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, users, or others.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. SMS / text messaging and mobile information

If you opt in to receive text messages from Mortbridge Solutions LLC — for example by checking the optional SMS consent box on our website — we will use your mobile number to send messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and account or service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms for full program details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are shared only with the messaging service providers that deliver our texts on our behalf, solely to provide that service.

6. Patient information (PHI)

Our website forms are not intended for protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient names, diagnoses, or other health information through the Site. When a client shares PHI with us to perform billing, credentialing, or related services, that information is handled under a Business Associate Agreement and HIPAA requirements, not this Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies, analytics, and location

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your selected state, and we may use analytics tools to understand how the Site is used. To show state-specific information, our server may send your IP address to an IP-location provider to look up your approximate U.S. state; we store only the resulting state, not a precise location. You can change your state at any time on the Site or clear it in your browser settings.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents and residents of other states with consumer privacy laws may exercise these rights by emailing admin@mortbridge.com or calling 213-562-9443. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations; consent and opt-out records are generally kept for at least five years.

10. Children

The Services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
