What We Measure
The numbers that show billing health
We report the same core metrics every month, so you can judge our work — and spot problems early.
- Clean claim rate
- Share of claims accepted on the first submission, without edits or rejections.
- Denial rate
- Share of claims denied by payers, broken down by reason so fixes target the cause.
- Days in A/R
- How long, on average, it takes to collect what you've billed.
- Net collection rate
- What you collected compared with what you were contractually owed.

Billing FAQ
Medical billing questions
Most practices pay a percentage of the collections we bring in, so our fee is tied to your results. The rate depends on your specialty, claim volume, and how much of the revenue cycle you want us to handle. Some practices choose a flat monthly fee instead. We give you a written quote after a free review of your current billing; there are no setup fees for standard onboarding.
No. We work inside the system you already use, including Office Ally, Tebra (Kareo), AdvancedMD, and most other major EHR and practice management platforms. You give us user access, and we handle charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and denial follow-up from there.
Most practices are fully onboarded within two to four weeks. We review your open accounts receivable, set up clearinghouse and payer access, and run a short overlap period so no claims fall through the cracks during the transition.
Yes. We review aging accounts receivable, identify claims that are still within each payer's timely filing limit, correct and resubmit what can be recovered, and file appeals where a denial can be overturned. We give you a clear list of what is recoverable before we start.
You receive a monthly report covering charges, collections, payments by payer, denial reasons, and accounts receivable by age. You can ask questions at any time, and you keep full access to your own billing system and data.
Spend less time chasing claims and paperwork — and more time with patients.
Tell us what you need: billing, credentialing, a new state license, or more patients. We'll reply with a clear plan and a quote within one business day.
